I’m not even sure how to define environmental design. I was thrilled when I opened the latest issue of Communication Arts and saw a big article (with lots of gorgeous pictures, of course) of some fantastic environmental design. I’m not talking about environmentally friendly design. I’m talking about the combination of graphic design, interior design, architecture, installation art, and landscape design into THE coolest field out there.
